Ordering
How do I order a product that is not listed on Amdani Xpress?
Send us the product link from Taobao, 1688, or Alibaba and we will source it for you. Start from the How It Works page and share the link — we come back with a quote covering the product price, our service fee, and shipping to Bangladesh.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. You can order a single item. Some Chinese suppliers set their own minimums on wholesale listings, and we tell you before you commit if a listing has one.
Can I order from multiple suppliers in one shipment?
Yes. We consolidate items from different suppliers into one shipment, which usually reduces your total shipping cost.
Shipping & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Air freight typically takes 7 to 12 days from the point your order is collected in China. Sea freight is slower but cheaper and suits heavy or bulky orders.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes, we deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery outside Dhaka may add a day or two and a small courier charge, which is shown before you confirm.
Who handles customs clearance?
We do. Bangladesh customs clearance is handled by our team and included in the quote, so there is nothing for you to file.
Payment
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or a Visa or MasterCard. You do not need an international credit card or a Chinese payment method.
When do I pay?
Product cost and shipping are paid up front once you accept the quote. If the final weight differs from the estimate, any shipping difference is settled before delivery.
Returns & problems
What if the product arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We inspect every order before it ships from China, so this is rare, but where the fault is ours or the supplier's we arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel free of charge until we purchase the item from the supplier. After purchase, cancellation depends on whether the supplier accepts a return.
